Hi everyone!

Today I am sharing a recipe for a soothing bath soak that I shared with folks at one of my recent meetups. There are many truly healing benefits to taking a hot bath, which we discussed at our last meetup for the Water element. These seemingly little things can actually be quite powerful.

Add to your bath:

  • 1 cup epsom salts
  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 1 or 2 drops of your favorite essential oil

Light some candles, turn off the lights, and soak for 15 minutes a couple of times per week. A bath before bed will relax you and help you sleep better.

Most people are deficient in magnesium, which epsom salts provide, and the baking soda adds alkalinity. Signs of magnesium deficiency include, muscle cramps (including menstrual cramping), twitching, numbness of hands and feet, tremors, fatigue, and weakness.

The water and heat from the bath is healing on a very deep level which is a complex topic that I won’t delve into right now. But I will say that we discussed 4th phase, exclusion zone, structured water and the healing benefits of infrared heat at our last meetup… and I will leave you with this thought provoking little video…

Here’s to a resilient 2025!

With love,

Jean
