Easter Family Mystery School
Saturday, April 11th at 1 p.m.
Welcome to a new year of Family Mystery School! Our opening session will be for those early birds ready to get a jump start and experience something special for Easter and springtime!
We will read a story called The Sleeping Tree Mystery by Jean Lewis – a mystery story about some animal’s missing items being used by a mother bird for her nest. We will talk about the concept of mysteries and how to solve them. We’ll take a nature walk and do a craft related to our story and the theme of bird’s nests and eggs.

There will be plenty to occupy young minds and hands, but we will also talk about some concepts for the adults in the room to ponder – such as the esoteric meaning of the Humpty Dumpty rhyme, and the death and resurrection of Christ, with a Bible reading from Michael Hague’s Family Easter Treasury. What do these have to do with each other, and what do they mean for us?!
We’ll even engage in some sacred geometry and give the little ones a chance to play around with a set of the Platonic solids!
This session will be $25 for an individual plus $5 for each additional member of a family. This also includes the cost of craft supplies.
Kindly RSVP by Thursday, April 9th so I can plan accordingly.
I am looking forward to seeing you!
